I am okay with some load time if files are in 7z as it's compression method is much more than zip and rar so loading slowly in 7z is understandable.

If someone else have tried other software and can help I would greatly appreciate it.Įdit 2: it's really good in terms of features, even work with 7z/zip and rar. also the slideshow can go as low as 10ms per image but no shortkey to play it. downsides are it only has English and another language set in locale which I wish it could read all languages, and some. gif/.zip with pictures in them too.īy far the best one I could find.

would be perfect if it can open archive files with. gif instantly, with correct colors otherwise shown distorted in ACDSee, but lacks slideshow, custom key change and only opens gif. gif file which loads instantly in acdsee with no delay whatsoever. gif extremely slow, possibly the slowest 2-3 seconds for a large. Multiple languages, allows archive file to be opened but less compatible than ACDSee for some archive files (some work some doesn't). slideshow also minimum 1 second can't go lower. gif files, slower than honeyview and even XnViewMP.

I've tried XnViewMP, Irfanview, honeyview, 7GIF, ACDSee ultimate 2020, ACDSee 5, 6 & 7, FastStone and this is what I've got so far. 5 to 1 sec, which many of current in market image viewer suffers from. gif files in a folder loading next one by pressing arrow key will load next gif instantly without waiting. no lag/delay in loading gif meaning a bunch of large. gif with no lag, including slideshow function of interval of sub 1 seconds (ie 30-50ms etc), supports multiple languages. rar/.zip archive in these software and also play.
